Senior consultant, coach and speaker with medical background. His expertise lies in the area of management and leadership, emotional intelligence,  communication, dealing with stress,  sales and negotiations. He is able to deliver training and coaching sessions in Polish, French and English.

Dr. Kopec has twenty years of experience in medicine, pharmaceutical sales and marketing, medical training, human resources, learning and development areas in the health care industry.

He received his MD degree from Silesian Medical University in Poland. Subsequently, he also received certificates in  pharmaceutical sales & marketing from Management Center Europe, Brussels, Belgium. He also has Business Coach Postgraduate Diploma from Collegium Civitas, Warsaw, Poland.
