The Values_ center founded and developed for 17 years by Dominika Kulczyk and Jacek Santorski. Currently, after ownership transformation, still with Jacek Santorski on the Management Board. The Values team is a group of managers, who conduct educational and consulting projects. Our lecturers at the Academy of Leadership Psychology, coaches and consultants form a constellation of independent entities around Values – each one of them runs their own center or conducts a well-established practice.Simultaneously in the realization of projects in the Academy and other actions for our clients we create project teams. The partners of our Consulting Group share a common business approach and values with us – we support teams and leaders who are pragmatic businesswise and socially responsible.
