We also run one-semester, intensive postgraduate courses in leadership psychology, mentoring and coaching of leaders. Jacek Santorski and his Partners, Witold Gotowski and Marek Matkowski, specialize in coaching and consulting for company owners, CEOs, management board members and presidents, independent managers and leading experts. Values services focus on communication, change management, profitable relations development, consistent self-presentation and effective influence on leaders and project co-ordinators. In projects involving coaching sales managers, we co-operate with Dariusz Duma, the Head of Chiltern Consultancy International. We implement coaching and mentoring programmes in companies in co-operation with 4 Results. Together with 4 Results and Chiltern Consultancy International we train and certify mentors and coaches.
We improve communication, emotional intelligence, leadership, influence and stress resistance skills by solving real life problems and handling specific tasks. Coaching effectiveness can be measured through: the effectiveness in achieving real business objectives, self-assessment, observation scales (life assessment), 360° evaluation (or similar) and supervisor (coaching sponsor) assessment.

We poses a license for a unique 360° feedback system for balanced versatile leadership (LVI) and a personality profile questionnaire "Personality Self-portrait" (Oldham, Morris). We combine diagnostic examination with the processes of assessment/development centre, workshops and training sessions conducted by the HR department of the Client.
We were the first firm in Poland to introduce the MENTORING SYSTEM in companies; we assist in the verification of the effectiveness of trainers (train the trainer), internal trainings and coaching, according to business and psychology criteria.
The Values team of consultants has wide experience is adaptation projects and in the development of value system competence models, as well as the implementation and communication of the company’s mission and vision. For one of our strategic customers (Merck Poland), we prepared a management manual based on the jointly developed system of corporate values.

Bolesław Rok, a CSR leader in Poland, an expert on UN and EU programmes, an experienced lecturer at the postgraduate courses conducted with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Poland. We assist in development of CSR strategies which became a coherent part of the company’s strategy and not just the image strategy.
The inside of the organization. A responsible management strategy cannot be implemented properly without the knowledge of the organization and the understanding of its strengths and weaknesses in the value formation chain. There are no perfect companies, but there are many companies which are unaware of their wasted opportunities and potential risks. Hence, the analysis of risk and opportunity factors associated with the company’s social responsibility within its value chain (CSR audit), and preferably within the entire value chain, including the company's suppliers and customers, should be the foundation of each genuine CSR strategy. With our experience, we are able to assist in conducting such analysis.
Stakeholders. It will be impossible to get to know the organization without a profound understanding of its environment. Since companies do not operate in a vacuum, not paying attention to the expectations of the stakeholders (employees, suppliers, customers, local communities, investors, environmentalists), will make it impossible to fulfill these expectations at the right moment. In extreme cases, this may result in the loss of public acceptance of the company’s operation. It is therefore necessary to develop a strategic and systematic approach to each of the groups. Hence, we provide assistance in the analysis and mapping of stakeholders and in the assessment of their influence, expectations, etc. This approach should be based on social dialogue.
Benchmarking. Another equally important issue (the key issue in any typical marketing strategy but, for some reason, often ignored in CSR) is the analysis of companies representing a benchmark for the company (competition, companies with a similar profile in other markets). Strategic benchmarking reports (local and international) on specific sectors and industries may not only serve as a source of inspiration for the company’s operation but may also enable the prediction of the future expectations of stakeholders. This presents a unique opportunity to anticipate the expectations before they enter consciousness.
Business strategy reorganization. Complete knowledge of the organization and its environment is not enough. It is only the basis for the development or redefinition of the company's strategy – so that it becomes a coherent part of the overall strategy and not just of the image strategy. Therefore we provide advice on this matter as well.
An additional element which may, but does not have to, be a part of the company's operation is social commitment, i.e. sharing profits with the environment. Too often, however, it is dealt with in illogical and disorganized way. Therefore, we support our Clients in developing or redefining social commitment strategies, so that they bring real benefits – not only social but also business ones, without compromising the former. We believe that both parties may win. It seems that streamlining the operations in this area is necessary, as it contributes to an increase in overall business efficiency.
Strategy Implementation. Even the best strategy will be worthless if it is not implemented. Only the implementation of a strategy creates the opportunity for success. Therefore, we provide assistance in the implementation of comprehensive CSR strategies, especially these developed for the hard times. This will not only guarantee the implementation of the strategy, but also enable the employees of the company to develop necessary skills for the future. Management systems development. It is difficult to manage an area as complex as the CSR. It penetrates all the processes in the company and affects the operation of its every unit. Such management becomes almost impossible if the organization is unable to determine the results of its operation. Management without performance measurement is impossible. We provide support in developing comprehensive systems for reporting, which is an integral part of any management system, including CSR management (planning, organizing, managing, monitoring).
Reports and communication. A company which does not pay attention to the expectations of its environment and does not communicate its activities cannot be called a responsible company. There is no business responsibility without dialogue, and the key element of dialogue – its summary – is now the public report. We provide assistance in the preparation of widely understood non-financial performance reporting (e.g. in accordance with the GRI standard, preparation of Communication on Progress reports for the UN Global Compact, CSR sections in the annual report and similar messages).
We are also willing to assist in activities aiming at increasing the credibility of the company, both internal and external: among the employees (conferences, rankings, competitions and other events). We would like to embed the CSR philosophy of in the corporate culture of the organization, in its mission, vision and values (training, internal communication) and to support the commitment and motivation of the employees. Without all this, CSR is only a worthless addition, and not an important part of the company’s strategy which brings tangible business results.
